MaP7: Karma is FUNdametal important date of this MaP's Open Map CHANGE: Sept 12 is the new rescheduled date which is a Wednesday. Everyone, is welcome to this date (that's why its called "open").
MaP6: All Ways Home dates are Oct 17, Oct 28 & 29, Nov 14, Dec 12, Jan 2, Jan 16, Feb 13, Mar 10 & 11, March 13. Per usual, enrollment in MAP requires everyone to fill out an application. Click here to email a request for application.
MaP5: R U Kidding! dates are: Starts April 18, retreat Apr 29-30 in Hanover, May 16, June 17 Open Workshop, June 20, July 18, Aug 8, Open MaP Workshop Sept 5 , Retreat Sept. 9-10, Sept 19 (last class). MaP4: Illuminating Heart-Mind dates are: Nov 15, Nov 19-20 retreat, Dec 13, Jan 17, Feb 21, Mar 18-19 retreat, Mar 21, 2017 Last Class. Note that there will be just one Open MaP Class scheduled during MaP4 on Jan 3.
MaP3: Awake, Laughing & Connected — began Tuesday April 12, 2016.
MaP: Awake, Laughing & Connected training is an intensive 7-month long program designed to strengthen participants’ mindfulness practice in the context of the Eight Fold Path. Whether you have completed a previous MaP training or this is your first enrollment this training encourages an awakened presence in the flow of your life. Cultivating a lightness and laughter of heart through a process of learning how not to take your life so personally will be a major theme of this training.

Applicant enrollments are limited and will be on a rolling basis starting April 1, 2016. Most classes fall on Tuesday evenings but there are a number of retreat days incorporated into the program including significant personal practice time and related assignments integral to participation.
