w/ Madeline Klyne & Paul Cheevers .:. Establishing and deepening a meditation practice is challenging. For many individuals, being able to talk one-to-one with teachers for a series of weeks can be transformative to understanding and deepening a meditation habit.
This limited and unique series of personal meditation meetings consists of a total of eight one-to-ones with two teachers over the course of four scheduled dates. The meetings are offered on Wednesday afternoons and early evenings:

To participate, you must register and pick a time. Please plan on being at SSIMC for one hour on the above dates,.
You will meet with each teacher for 25 minutes on the above dates.
Personal Take-Away Meditation practices are integral to these one-to-ones. You will receive personal instructions by e-mail soon after each meeting date. (Generally within 48hours)
In addition, to your daily meditation practices, you will send a weekly e-mail with reflections on your particular practice. For example if we had instructed you to explore walking practice you would send us reflections on how the walking practice is proceeding. These weekly communications should only take about 15min to 30min.
