w/Madeline Klyne .:. Mindfulness Meditation workshops are designed for newcomers or for people who have no meditation experience as well as for those who wish to sustain or deepen a continuing meditation practice.
These workshops are an opportunity to explore calm, wisdom and compassion through Insight Meditation and mindfulness in a supportive environment. The main emphasis is upon developing attention, simplicity and awareness.
These day-long workshop includes meditation instruction, sitting and walking practice and ample question and answer periods. The alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation ensure that participants get plenty of time to move and stretch. Sitting meditation may be done on cushions, a meditation bench, or sitting in a chair.
