w/ Paul Cheevers Why move so slowly and spend so much time sitting still, repeating phrases to yourself in silence? Why practice in a space warmed to about eighty degrees? Why leave the house in the middle of the winter?
Warm Heart Yoga is a simple slow moving meditation and asana practice with LovingFriendliness (Metta). The hall is warmed which allows the body and heart to relax and open. The practice of LovingFriendliness (Metta) accompanies as a concentration and investigative practice during this class. Phrases are seeds and your practice nurtures their growth beyond the mat and hall. Seated meditation begins and ends each session.
