with Madeline Klyne &/or Paul Cheevers | This weekly class includes basic Insight Meditation instructions and a brief guided movement period along with some time for group connecting and refreshment. This class series is geared toward Beginners and those with Beginner’s mind. This series will incorporate the Four Foundations of Mindfulness or the Four ways to be present. This class will include a take-away mindfulness exercise that can be practiced in your daily life.
This is a Drop-in class, which means you are welcome to attend when you are able, donations may be deposited at the door. The Registration button that is sometimes included below and which is also found on the Registration Page is an optional way of donating for this series of classes, it is provided as another way of committing to the practice and supporting the Center.
