Mindful Movement & Meditation

Learn and practice a way to move and meditate in harmony and balance with formal Insight Meditation practice. Simple, deliberate and slow postures are accompanied and guided with mindful attention in this class. This practice is designed to locate, enhance and expand the ease and goodwilling awareness in living. Yoga mats, cushions and chairs are available for use and you are free to bring your own. All abilities are welcome to Drop-in and attend, no pre-registration. Donation at the door.
