Warm Heart Yoga is a simple slow moving meditation and asana practice with LovingFriendliness (Metta). The hall is warmed which allows the body and heart to relax and open. The practice of LovingFriendliness (Metta) accompanies as a concentration and investigative practice during this class. Phrases are seeds and your practice nurtures their growth beyond the mat and hall. Seated meditation begins and ends each session.
Registration: Online registration is encouraged. You may also drop-in to the class, however space may be limited.
