In this 6-month program we will practice many ways to be present and at home with the present. The Six sense doors are ways to inhabit the present: seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling and thinking are each distinct paths to the present.
Drawing on the Buddha’s teaching of the eightfold path we will get to know what leads to happiness.
MaP training includes regular group meetings, practice sessions, discussions, retreats, workshops and mentoring.
