Arriving to the present and elevating the heart-mind to a level where presence can grow will be explored and practiced. Learn a way to move and meditate in harmony and balance with formal Insight Meditation practice. Simple, deliberate and slow postures are accompanied and guided with mindful attention.. This practice is designed to locate, enhance and expand the ease and goodwilling awareness in living. Yoga mats, cushions and chairs are available for use and you are free to bring your own.
