Mindful Movement & Meditaiton (series): July 12, Aug 2, Aug 16

Where are the commonalities and the differences between yoga and the Eight Fold Path of the Buddha? Most importantly how do you actually move beyond the story and develop a practice that explores and clarifies complimentary aspects of these two different paths?

This series is on scheduled Thursdays, from 6:00 - 7:30pm. Registration recommended. This is not a drop-in series (though dropping in is possible) as space and materials are limited. Open mind and somewhat beyond beginner experience required. This is not an aerobic workout, the emphasis, as in all of the Mindful Movement classes, is on slow movements leading to balanced awareness beyond the hall.
