Sit Go

w/ Center Volunteer or Paul .:. Drop-in for silent time to sit or reflect or read at the Center. This happens immediately following office hours (Wed. 2-5pm). This is weekly offering, a time to practice in an environment set-up for you! All welcome, however this is not the time for those new to meditation nor those looking to talk with someone. Silence and mindfulness is cultivated during this practice hour. It is fine to enter the Center at any point however please be reasonably quiet. Donations at the door always welcome.
