MaP3: Awake, Laughing & Connected — began Tuesday April 12, 2016.

MaP: Awake, Laughing & Connected training is an intensive 7-month long program designed to strengthen participants’ mindfulness practice in the context of the Eight Fold Path.  Whether you have completed a previous MaP training or this is your first enrollment this training encourages an awakened presence in the flow of your life. Cultivating a lightness and laughter of heart through a process of learning how not to take your life so personally will be a major theme of this training.

If you are interested in making a serious commitment to integrating mindfulness into your life and profession please email office@southshoreinsight.org for more info and an application. Applicant enrollments are limited and will be on a rolling basis starting April 1, 2016. Most classes fall on Tuesday evenings but there are a number of retreat days incorporated into the program including significant personal practice time and related assignments integral to participation.

Quiet the body
Quiet the mind

By your own efforts
Waking yourself
Watch yourself
